I searched past issues and it seems no user has mentioned this problem.
On Windows 10 with 125% scaling, the text and icons of the software appear blurry. But this does not seem to be a problem with scaling and resolution. I tried to change the system settings and program settings, and finally made the interface clear by changing its high DPI setting to be replaced by system (enhanced) in the program's compatibility settings.
A better solution may be needed.

This is a known issue. There has been work on other forks of Aegisub to improve High-DPI support that will be merged into this repository soon. It wasn't merged until now since the goal for 3.4.x was to get a working release out without too many additional changes.
