Describe the bug
When I put the editor prop "editable" to "false", I still able to resize the table cells

To Reproduce
Just put the editor "editable" prop to false and resize the table

Misc

Node version: Latest
Package manager: NPM
Browser: Arc

Also you can select cells (.selectedCell)
