Fix translations

Fix the following translation issues:

Kirjoita aloituskehotteet -> Kirjoita aloituskehote OR Kirjoita aloitusviesti (aloitusviesti is used elsewhere, so maybe its best to stay consistent)
Lajittele aloitusviesti -> Arvioi aloitusviesti
Onko tämä viesti spämmiä? -> Onko tämä viesti roskapostia? (Not sure is roskaposti is the best word to use, but spämmi sound a bit too casual)
Kieli ei ole Suomi -> Kieli ei ole suomi (no capitalization for languages)

Fixed translations for aloituskehote and "lajittele" to "arvioi". Capitalization is a preset for all the languages and would require some changes in the code. I think "spämmi" is more understandable here than roskaposti?
