An uninformative IOError is produced when Omorfi lookup fails to execute. We should add a post-install test script as well as add some basic sanity checks to the parser to give the user a more informative output.

Branched iss1 for this one. Committed sane error messages for omorfi lookup failure and HunPOS failure.
