Missing "build/index.min.js" in "@triply/yasgui-utils" npm package #232

While trying to create my own plugin by importing @triply/yasgui-utils functions, I get errors stating that the package is not resolved properly.

With little investigation, it seems that in v4.28.0 there is a missing file:

package.json has "main": "build/index.min.js",
there is no build/index.min.js in the @triply/yasgui-utils folder of my node_modules
