can't find device?

configured with wireguard. but unable to connect vpn.

Seems like you don't have the Wireguard kernel module installed. Is your host kernel version perhaps lower than 5.6? You can check for the wireguard module using modinfo wireguard. If it is present you might still need to load it. You can check if it is loaded using lsmod | grep wireguard.
