I believe we need to move to other mechanisms to obtain map tiles.

With our Leaflet implementation, these will not be the default. If many people want to continue to use Mapnik, we'll likely need to run our own tile server.

We're using them as the default for now, but we should probably switch to one of our other tile sources as the default.

Thinking about making one of the Jawg tile sets the default as part of #781
