Implement IIIF manifest import

Add means to import a document from a IIIF manifest. This can be dealt with in server job, similar to the METS ingest.

Hi! Was just wondering what is the status on this issue? I also wanted to suggest an IIIF collections functionality, where an organizations IIIF manifests could be browsed and a single manifest be imported from (see https://iiif.library.utoronto.ca/presentation/v2/collections).

Unfortunately not. We are still looking for an institution or project which would be acting as use case and willing to support the development of this feature.

What type of support would you need from an institution or project? Is it developer resources or funding?

Both options would be fine for us ;-)

Depending on funding for project at the University of Bergen, Norway, we could possibly take this on. But probably not before 2020.
