[FR]: Add a zero-latency path to MIDI synth tracks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If an Edit has plugins with latency, that latency will always be heard. That makes it difficult to monitor MIDI keyboard input.
It should be possible to directly output synth notes as soon as possible without having to go through the entire graph.

Describe the solution you'd like
MIDI notes and synth output don't get delayed the total PDC amount.
