Live logcat coloring

I somewhat remember to have seen the live logs in color. However, as I started SysLog just now, the live logs were just black and white.

Is this expected to be like that? Perhaps I saw it on a different app, although I can't remember which it could have been.

And if expected, are there any chances to get the coloring added?

The line coloring is a modification to the logcat command in CyanogenMod.
I run CM on all my devices, so I didn't realize this at first.
Ill add 'Re-enable coloring' on my todo list

I was wondering as well as the screenshots on Google Play are in color. But if its a specific feature in CyanogenMod/Lineage this explains it.
But I would like an option to color the live logcat on all other devices as well.
