Feedback form

Supply a feedback form for the audiance to give feedback about our service. Should be easy for team leads to add questions and get the answers from the form.

Won't it get too big of a mess when teamleads are able to add their own questions? I can easily add them if requested; without having to create separate accounts for everyone.

Having them fill in their own questions gets more people involved. Taking the task on yourself would translate in a lot of (difficult) communication about question types and small fixes.

Giving them that ability would require a webform explanation though. I don't think that would be easier than doing it myself.
