Add custom labels / milestones and triage GitHub issues

After sorting #9, I should go through and give all of the issues helpful labels and perhaps create some milestones so that I can keep focused on the important stuff and avoid getting pulled down too many tangents.

Keep the milestones small and self-contained, and focus on releasing complete feature sets often!
