"Power From Canola" quest implies that with canola you can generate RF. Getting this power requires you to farm canola, then squeeze it to oil, then refine it in the Still.

However, due to extreme nerf to power generation, this power is unable to even support a single step (refining in Still), not counting other steps.

Measured this way: Took 1 fully charged still, oil generator, 1 refined canola bucket. Connected oil generator to the Still. 1 bucket + full charge in Still was not enough to refine one more bucket.

I'm just going to add some numbers I tested to support your point.

The still needs 40kRF to refine one bucket of Canola Oil, but the Oil Generator only generates 19.2kRF with one bucket of refined Canola oil.

The squeezer needs 75kRF (45kRF with 4 golden electron tubes stocked) to squeeze 25 Canola which gives 2 buckets of canola oil. The oil generator only generates 16kRF out of 2 buckets of canola oil.

So as far as my research goes there is no setup that can cover its own energy costs, except of using the Canola Press and Fermenting Barrel by Actually Additions, but these machines require an Atomic Reconstructor, which is far out of reach when this quest is unlocked.
