Primary Function: Select block (material) with [right-click] and store materialData per user.
Secondary Function: Place current material stored per user as single block with [left-click].
Usefulness: This tool allows players to quickly change a block's texture with a single click; this is also done without needing to break and replace blocks or accessing the player's inventory.
Example of Use: A Player can create a simple block pallet (a selection of specific textures laid out near a build) and choose from this layout with the paintbrush tool instead of selecting from the inventory. With practice, this can maximize a player's productivity along with reducing inventory clutter. What is more, a player can also choose blocks from the build itself while building in a specific pattern (i.e. pillar-block 3 high + neutral-block 3 high and 3 wide + pillar-block 3 high). If this pattern continues, rather than choosing blocks from the inventory, the Player can use the Paint Brush tool to quickly build a neutral wall and then "paint" the pillar-blocks over later or shortly after placement.
