[Issue]: Soul Elytra not letting me fly

What happened?

I played Limitless 6 once before and I would use the Soul Elytra all the time and I love it, but I recently started playing again and there were 2 updates the last time I played and the Soul Elytra doesn't work now, I can't fly with it.

Before, it would make a weird noise then boost me into the sky and not all that happens is I get above 2 blocks and flutter back down.
