[Suggestion] refund ropes when removing partially built bridges

Ropes are not refunded when removing a Rope Bridge Post of an unfinished bridge, i.e. when you added the ropes but no planks yet. There are just lost.

This is a bit unhandy as you do not always your bridge right from the first try; you often need to try different positions. Crafting ropes every time is quite costly, as strings do not grow on trees.
