重现步骤

这个截图是Tabs选项卡组件，使用了官网示例，在value改成了20（也就是最后面）结果tabs并没有随着value值去相应滚动：

所以缺失mounted之后滚动的逻辑

期望结果

mounted之后滚动正常

滚动缺失
