重现步骤

使用v-loading后，可以在vuejs-devtools中看到新增了一个APP实例，这个实例在页面关闭或弹窗关闭后未被释放，且每使用一次就会创建一个（例如弹窗详情，打开一次，创建一次）

使用完成后自动释放，减少消耗。
