Doesn’t sync saved messages on my iOS device

I have a problem with syncing my saved messages in Telegram. I use one account on a PC, an Android device, and an iOS device. My saved messages are synced between the PC and the Android device, but they are not synced on the iOS device. For example, when I save a message, it is saved, but when I delete it, it is not removed from the iOS device, and I have to delete it again separately.
This issue is not new; I’ve had this problem for over a year. I even changed my iPad, but the issue still persists.
