Nested Folder Upload only uploads single file #78

When uploading nested folder structures, only the first file upload in any given nested folder succeeds, the subsequent requests fail with "folder already exists" errors.

Please skip folder creation, if it already exists.

Example files/folders:

folder1
-- folder1-1
---- file 1 [succeeds]
---- file 2 [does not succeed]
-- folder1-2
---- file 1 [succeeds]
---- file 2 [does not succeed]

I can not reproduce this one. Since upload is done file by file, existing folders are ignored. What is your test-scenario?
