Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some lecturers could mistakenly upload a VOD for a past semester course if they hold the same lecture every year/semester.

Describe the solution you'd like
Show a warning/alert to lecturers when trying to upload/edit courses or streams from old semesters.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Do nothing or disable courses from old semesters.
