Sometimes I get 404 error

Most of the time when I call for example https://api.shasta.trongrid.io/v1/accounts/TMUoDkEupe3en4Q8rmUoVmyhm9WL2Z5CfY?only_confirmed=true
I get the result and there is no problem but sometimes it returns
{"success":false,"statusCode":404,"error":"Not Found"}
Its not related to which api I call. sometimes I get not found error.
If you try the link above and refresh the page multiple times you'll see the problem.
I want to know if trongrid is stable or not and can I use this in production mode ?
