If an MPI code segfaults remora currently leaves remora processes running in teh background of some of the remote nodes. This has been observed with Cray MPICH at least.

We should figure out a clean way to capture this and finalize our processes cleanly. Also, data may not be moved to REMORA_OUTDIR from a local storage REMORA_TMPDIR in this case, which should be addressed.
