Add a "contact us" section in the Connected Services (a.k.a. Renku 2.0 Settings) #3455

Add a section on the Connected Services page to let people know that, if they want another platform added, they can contact us.

The button should open an email in a similar fashion to the "Contact us" button on the 1.0 home page.

For details about the design and the copy text, reach out to the product/design team.
