Unify config display in the DC side sheet

All configs for data connectors should be in the Configuration section.

The top section should only include:

• Name
• Description (do we have this yet?)
• Owner
• Visibility
• Type
• Provider/Mode

In the first screenshot below, the URL and User are in the top section, above Configuration).

And in the second screenshot, the Access mode is in credentials section. Access mode should be in the Configuration section.

Also, order the sections Config → Credentials → Projects, so that the credentials are easy to see and don’t require scrolling, because they are more important then the linked projects.
