And if so, can it use the accessibility rules from PowerPoint's accessibility checker? Or perhaps something better... I can provide some parameters, but just not sure to program them.

I was looking up PowerPoint accessibility review rules for developers... in order to provide some help. If you let me know what I might be looking for online, I'd be happy to do more research.
