Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using or deploying the Supernova project. By accessing or using the project in any manner, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. No Alteration or Modification

Users are strictly prohibited from altering, modifying, or changing any part of the Supernova project in any way, shape, or form. Any attempts to modify or alter the project without explicit permission from the project maintainers may result in legal action.

2. No Rebranding or Unauthorized Credit

Users are prohibited from rebranding or taking undue credit for the Supernova project or its components. The original creator(s) of the Supernova project must be credited appropriately, and any rebranding, renaming, or misrepresentation of ownership is strictly forbidden.

3. Disclaimer of Responsibility

Deployments and use of the Supernova project are undertaken at the user's own risk. The project maintainers cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from the misuse, inappropriate use, or violation of these terms. Users are solely responsible for complying with these Terms and any external platforms' terms of use where the project is deployed.

4. Proxy Disclaimer

The project maintainers are not liable for any misuse, illegal activity, or consequences arising from the use of the project as a proxy.
