[Bug] Can't craft dyed/stained connected glass

Description of the Bug
Whenever you try and use dye to get coloured glass, the dye in the recipe doesn't show up. Nor can you craft it without using the recipe book, it shows up as a craftable item but it doesn't actually allow you to craft it as the dye in the recipe is just completely missing, this goes for all dyes. The only way to make it work would be to dye the glass beforehand and then turn it into connected glass. This issue is most prominent on connected tinted glass as it makes it physically impossible to get coloured tinted glass. I don't know if it's interfering with other mods or not. (It's a mostly vanilla pack, with nothing that should mess with crafting.)

Steps to Reproduce
Gather the resources for whatever glass you want, go to crafting table and turn into connected glass, try to use a dye to change the colour, it's impossible to create as the dye isn't in the recipe.
