Claims must be equal to or greater than $25,000 for case to be heard in Superior Court. Consider setting a $25K threshold on the new monetary damages screen so that if claims don't reach that value, form cannot be completed and submitted.

Need to confirm with SME or Court representative that this is appropriate.

  1. Verify with SME if $25K is the threshold - Superior Court website has it as $50,000 (https://www.mass.gov/orgs/superior-court).
  2. Place threshold at start of interview rather than at monetary damages screen.
