Make it so drinks contribute to a "blood alcohol" factor that ticks down after a certain amount of time, and once full, results in the player getting drunk on the next bottle drank.

Later down the road, if GZDoom gets C/S Netcode in my lifetime, I'll use GLSL shaders to make the screen gradually get blurrier and more disorienting.
