[BUG] Top error in Desktop Mode Steam Client

Bug Report Description

In the Steam Library ---- Downloads interface, this error might appear randomly.

Expected Behaviour

Game download errors occur randomly in the Steam download interface.

Seems like an error on the Game Theme Music plugin. I suggest reporting it on their repo.

This bug was fixed in October 6th. Though, there is no version in the main store that actually fixes it. Use v1.7.0 version of Game Theme Music from testing store.
