Just an idea but we could add a section to the plugin pages where users of the plugin can rate it and leave comments either for the developers or for other server admins/owners.

What are your thoughts?

Feels kind of out of scope when all the plugins will be using bukkitdev or something already.

If it's configurable by the plugin owner, I'm not against it.
Comments mean moderation tho, we might want to focus on the main functionalities (aka #2) before adding such features.
