Pages to view followers and following.

I was going through the application found that there are no pages to view your followers/following users.
Also It would be better if we use materialize framework for better UI.

@pranaypaine Thanks for the PR. I was thinking of adding followers, following tab similar to twitter. I am so happy that you raised an issue and created a PR. But, instead of having new pages, can we have tabs in user profile page itself?

@SriNandan33 yes we can have tabs, For that we need to change the UI.
You can Merge this PR for now later after a UI Change we can add that.

I wanted to add to this project as I'm working with Flask projects currently and thought it would be an appropriate first contribution. I thought of having the followers and followed on the same page instead of separate ones. I also thought it might be good to paginate them to keep the lists from being a mile long if a user has many followers or is following many people.
