Track per-build download counts

It would be interesting to see exactly how many downloads different builds of Sponge are getting.

This could look similar to CurseForge, where each build displays a download count to the side.

Not sure how to do this, do we have access to that data from the repo, @progwml6?

that is really more of an issue related to pulling data from fastly i think, however we do not currently take those logs in anywhere to the best of my knowledge @lukegb had some of this infrastructure setup in the past i believe
