export queues chunk fails

hi all , i am exporting an excel with chunk of 100 . when i send the the request and monitor that in horizon i see that some jobs like 1 out of every 10 fails with this error :

Symfony\Component\Debug\Exception\FatalThrowableError: Argument 1 passed to PhpOffice\PhpSpreadsheet\Reader\Xlsx\Styles::__construct() must be an instance of SimpleXMLElement, bool given, called in /var/www/podro/vendor/phpoffice/phpspreadsheet/src/PhpSpreadsheet/Reader/Xlsx.php on line 563 in /var/www/podro/vendor/phpoffice/phpspreadsheet/src/PhpSpreadsheet/Reader/Xlsx/Styles.php:31

in some other cases it fails with this error :

Illuminate\Queue\MaxAttemptsExceededException: Maatwebsite\Excel\Jobs\AppendQueryToSheet has been attempted too many times or run too long. The job may have previously timed out. in /var/www/podro/vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Queue/Worker.php:601

as i said the 9 other jobs are working fine but because this one fails the report wont be complete . any idea what can cause this problem ?

I'd really discourage using chunks of 100 while exporting. It has to re-open the file every chunk.
The error could be related or could be because the file has an invalid WordML style xml element.

@patrickbrouwers thanks for answer . when it was on 1000 i mostly got this error :

so i changed it to see if the problem is with the time of query and chunk .
as far as i am exporting the file and the package generates the file from database would you please kindly advice me how can i check if the file got invalid WordML style xml element and maybe a hint to fix it ? thanks in advance .

I don't know what you are trying to generate, so I can't really tell you how the style issue can exist.
