Hi I have this structure

I expect to have the cell style like background color

I think you can access it via OnEachRow. Otherwise you'll have to use a before sheet event and store the colors in a class property so you can access them later on in the collection method

How can I use OnEachRow Concern with my structure?

You would have to change to OnEachRow instead of ToCollection

But, with onRow implementation can I send data to controller? I need send all sheet data to front.

The same way as you would do with ToCollection: store it in a property in your import class, and add a getter.
