There's currently an option to "report and delete" spams (in "Report spam settings").
I'd rather have "Report and mark as spam" than "report and put into trash".
This would allow Zimbra to learn from the spams.
I know mails is not supposed to come directly to the Zimbra's server but through SpamExperts' MX.
However, it's not always possible to avoid direct incoming mails: as soon as you have road-warriors, direct SMTP access to Zimbra exists and can be used (either by compromised road-warriors or by spammer guessing smtp.domain.tld or webmail.domain.tld is the best server to send spam to domain.tld).
So the more Zimbra itself knows about spam, the better (imho).
