Small visual issue with closed sidebar

While making the query menu on the left scrollable and adding the tooltips, some visual bugs appeared. After fixing almost all of them, only one remains. It is a minor issue, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

When you open enough queries in the sidebar so that it becomes scrollable, and then close it, the sidebar will collapse, but the scrollbar will still be visible on the left, scrolling the collapsed sidebar.

It has no effect on the app; it's purely visual.
