In A Systematic Approach toward Extracting Technically Enforceable Policies from Data Usage Control Requirements Hosseinzadeh et al. define both assignee and assigner in a Usage Control Policy. Currently, in the ucp demo only the assignee is added (and using odrl and not idsa).
The UCP duration policy MUST have both of them.
IDS Usage Control Contract can be used as a pointer (just like IDS Usage Control Policies ).
