The system could not find the specified path WHILE mvn install

i met this proble when im trying to mvn install


The Mandarin means 'The system could not find the specified path'
My system is Windows11 JDK8 maven3.6.3
The link sencond img provides says 'This error is reported in case the execution of a plugin failed due to some unforeseen event. For example, uncatched runtime exceptions caused by the plugin will raise this error. You should report this problem to the maintainer of the plugin.'
i would be grateful if there's any help.
