Open Hluttaw Survival Kit

I like to request to help make/develop together a survival kit to handle the most basic-yet-essential functions to update and maintain the Open Hluttaw backend on our own at emergency times, or on even at regular times. I like to propose the following functions ,

• a method (e.g a button, a pack of scripts, a macro, etc) to be able to run a sync/update between the Gsheets and the database.
• a method (e.g a hotline, a focal person (i understand it is Sweemeng now, and guessing he will be for some time, but still), granting an access to the server settings to wake it up) to bring the server up when the server is down

i think for now, and until for sometime, this is the most necessary and important help we need,
