Announcment bar uses {{ block.shopify_attributes }} in non block #3672

Describe the current behavior

It gets flagged as an unknown boject "block" from the theme check.

Describe the expected behavior

it works fine as is, but it's annoying to remove every time.

Version information (Dawn, browsers and operating systems)

Dawn Version: 15.2.0
Chrome Version 131.0.6778.86
Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2

Possible solution

Remove the {{ block.shopify_attributes }}, since they are not blocks
