Not looking into sub folders

I have /mnt/user/movies/localmovies and /mnt/user/movies/englishmovies ……that is two subfolders under local path /mnt/user/movies but when i run backdroppr it doesn’t consider those two sub folders and ffmpeg fails with exit code 1
