Fee breakdown on confirm page #318

On the confirm swap page, we are not showing "Network fee" which includes both swap fee and network fee, this is confusing.

Confirm screen should have all this data, and only this data:

Swap amount: the amount from the sending wallet
Swap fee: fees from Boltz
Network fee: from the sending wallet

[Confirm] button

(change label from broadcast to "confirm")
