D3 API issue

I am trying to use this olympic API for a D3 project in class. The API wasn't working in D3 is there something I can do to allow it to function in D3?

I'm having this same issue. When trying to run the following code:

d3.json("http://private-anon-b34daa6a3-olympicsapi.apiary-mock.com/scrape/olympics")
    .get(function(data) { // return data })

I get the following error:

SyntaxError: Unexpected token O
