Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched existing issues and found no similar bug report.

Description of the problem

Checking SRF News crash reports with Xcode we found a few issues related to Pillarbox. These should be further investigated.

Somebody managed to make our lovely smooth seeking implementation crash with a stack overflow somehow. Probably not a severe issue.

Crash logs are attached to this issue.
