Nothing happens when I click on the Re-take quiz button.

Correct this is not implemented in SMILE Plug Server for Node.js since (the version on the SMILE Plug) since we didn't know of this feature until mid January.

I'll look into what needs to be added to implement this. Is the correct behavior for the Teacher Desktop App to just restart the quiz with the same question set?

Yes.. It should just go back to the "Start Solve Questions" mode with the same question set.
