this should be a more accurate alert ... these aren't all connection errors. Makes it hard to support.

These originate in package org.smilec.smile.bu.AbstractBaseManager, so look there for ConnectionErrors.

To reproduce, load Prepared Question using a poorly formatted csv. You will get an error saying:

IP Address error. The error has nothing to do with an IP address or a connection error.
