An error during the "User Prepared Questions" phase from the server side results in infinite progress bar on the app

For example, some JS runtime error will cause the app to hang in the busy loop. We probably should put a timer on the progressbar and catch exceptions to gracefull exit this dialog/progress view.

And I should note, connection timeout is based on the defaults of the platform. Let's give it not more than 1 minute.
