报告描述
在ubuntu24.04之中评分机器和构建出现问题

复现方式

系统环境：ubuntu2404（2204是正常的， 2404才会出现，wsl/linux真机均可复现）
正常拉下来仓库
./Scripts/gendeps.sh 会出现权限错误

如果此时给Scripts文件夹所有权限，会出现另一个权限错误

如果给根目录777, 能够正常编译，但在make grade时会出现编译错误，偶尔会无响应

在ubuntu2204时不会有第一步的问题，估计是2404引入了新的文件权限管理，使得脚本的权限出错，建议在文档中指出或修复
